All our properties are late Victorian houses that have been refurbished to a high standard providing comfortable and affordable student accommodation that meets, and goes beyond, all current safety legislation.
We are senior members of the Portsmouth and District Private Landlords' Association (PDPLA); members of the Residential Landlords Association (RLA); an accredited Portsmouth University landlord and a member of the Portsmouth City Council Landlords Accreditation Scheme.
We supply a free wi-fi broadband and a flat screen TV in each lounge with either Sky or Free View. Our houses are fully equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers, and other electrical appliances and devices. We provide ample pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, crockery, and utensils, as well as other household goods. All gardens include garden furniture.
We pay your bills from Portsmouth Water and Southern Water; your TV licence; and wi-fi broadband costs. Your gas and electricity are provided on a smart meter system where you can top up your utility card.
We to not charge accommodation deposits favouring a ‘Deed of Guarantor’ signed by parents or guardians, and in the case of overseas students, this can be carried out through an insurance based scheme or through a British based guarantor.
We are very local to all the accommodation so if there are any questions or issues we are on hand 24/7 to deal with them very quickly.
All our student houses are in easy reach of all Portsmouth University departments; the waterfront; shopping, pubs, bars and restaurants of Southsea and Portsmouth; naval heritage attractions (HMS Victory, Mary Rose, HMS Warrior and current warships); Gunwharf-Quays; and 2 local railway stations.
